Job Summary:

The Branch Office Administrator is responsible for performing the branch’s office administrative duties and being involved with the day-to-day operations of the location. This role provides direct assistance to Management, Corporate, and all employees located at the branch. This individual should be self-motivated and willing to take ownership of position with the ability to work independently or as a team.  

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HR to handle related tasks for the branch. Including onboarding, payroll, personnel records, and more.
  • Handle logistics billing, logs, invoicing, med cert. renewals., and drug test scheduling.
  • Scan documents for use by branch and headquarters.
  • Maintain A/P recon, aging report, direct billing, and credit memos/RMAs for Indy branch.
  • Manage the office supply inventory and replenish supplies as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of general accounting experience, Associates in accounting preferred.
  • Requires excellent communication, time-management, organizational, problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
